Matt Grossberg
Matt founded Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) in 2016 with a vision to create a multi-line MGA that is hedged against economic swings and provides carrier partners and their reinsurers with more profitable insurance programs, utilizing advanced technology and data science for improved underwriting and pricing. ISC writes more than $450 million of premium in 12 verticals today. Matt’s prior experience includes starting and selling a multi-line brokerage and consulting for several private equity firms. In addition, Matt was the CEO of a private-equity-backed $250 million MGA.
Matt Grossberg

Tim Nickel
Tim joined Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) after a 16-year career in investment banking and private equity where he held several positions responsible for sourcing, diligence, execution, and portfolio company maintenance. At both ABRY Partners and Spectrum Equity Investors, he invested more than $1 billion in the insurance industry across several different platforms including MGAs, retail brokerages and third-party administrators. Tim maintains extensive transaction sourcing and financing relationships throughout the insurance industry.

Brad Feld
Brad heads AI/ML, data warehousing, automated reporting, and new program technology development at Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC). His expertise in data analytics and insurance technology results from years of designing products and projects for third-party vendors and the retail space.
Brad served as CIO at Swett & Crawford where he managed all brokerage and MGA platforms, developing data capture and analytics modules and class rate, quote, bind, issue portals for brokers to conduct business online. He helped launch product development for Advisen, and led the V2 design of WillPLACE, a proprietary global data and analytics platform for Willis North America.

Shad McKnight
Shad joined Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) in July 2019, bringing 20-plus years of experience in the P/C space in leadership roles in underwriting, product development/management, actuarial, analytics, marketing, claims, strategy, and IT. His career also includes serving as Senior VP of Underwriting, Product, and Actuarial with Merchants Insurance Group, VP Product Management at CUNA Mutual and Regional AVP Product and Underwriting with Nationwide Insurance.

Mitch Jawitz
Mitch Jawitz joined ISC in August of 2022 as Executive Vice President - Head of Sales. Mitch started his career as an underwriter at Allstate over 35 years ago. Since then, he has held positions of increasing responsibility at Progressive, The Hartford, and The Hanover. Mitch has led teams in Product, Sales and Marketing and has worked on both the admitted and non-admitted side of the business.

Nick Karacostas
Nicholas A. Karacostas, joined Integrated Specialty Coverages in April 2020 as Senior Vice President – Head of Claims. Nick has been an Insurance Claims Executive for the last 22 years. Prior to joining ISC, Nick worked at Berkshire Hathaway Guard Insurance, Arch Insurance Group, Zurich North America, and General Accident Insurance Company in various capacities which included Senior Vice President of Claims, Vice President of Claims, Vice President of Litigation Management & Vendor Services and Director of Claims Marketing & Customer Service.

Hadar Raz
Hadar Raz joined ISC in 2021, with decades of experience in the Technology and Insurtech markets. Hadar has previously worked with companies such as Microsoft, HP, Radware and others, with responsibility for strategy, digital and content marketing, PR, analytics, performance measurement and more. Most recently, Hadar was with Distinguished Programs and transformed their marketing department. She is bringing skills and marketing tactics from the technology market to the Insurance industry, aligning needs to today’s competitive landscape.

Matt Roselle
Matt joined ISC in 2015 where he focused on program development and marketing and overseeing all operations. He began in the industry as a retail agent with Farmers Insurance in Colorado and later became a District Manager in 2004. During the next six years, he built a multi-line general agency and grew the business to nearly $50 million of annual premium and was recognized in the top .5% of all brokers nationally.
Matt sold his business in 2010 and worked with several carriers in leadership positions before joining ISC.

Brad joins Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC) with more than 20 years of reinsurance industry experience. He most recently served as Senior Executive Vice President responsible for M&A and Corporate Development at Worldwide Facilities, LLC, a national wholesale insurance broker, MGA and program underwriter managing more than $2 billion of premium.
Brad also served as CFO at Atlas General Holdings, LLC, a full-service specialty insurance program administrator, based in San Diego, California; and as a Director at Aon Securities and Benfield Advisory, where he was responsible for the execution of M&A transactions and private capital raisings.
