As you may already be aware, the COVID-19 crisis has prompted various measures to address the financial impact on consumers and businesses, including the inability to cancel policies for nonpayment of insurance premiums. Currently CA, TX and NY have issued such directives, but it is expected that other states may issue similar orders. We encourage you to review all applicable orders and information within the states you write business, and make your insureds aware of these regulations.

At Integrated Specialty Coverages (“ISC”), we hope that you and your families are well during this unprecedented time in history. We felt it was a prudent time to give you an update as we continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Our top priorities are keeping our staff safe and making sure we continue to underwrite your business. In order to accomplish this, we have positioned our employees as well as worked with our trading partners to be as safe and healthy as possible.
Here are some of the key changes we’re making in support of those priorities:
Travel restriction
We’ve restricted all non-essential business travel through April 30th. This is subject to change as the situation develops.
Working remotely
Our dedicated team members are now equipped to work from their homes and process business as usual. They are taking your calls and can be reached during normal business hours which remain unchanged.
ISC has never been stronger than we are today. We are open for business, fully operational and thankful for everyone’s hard work and ability to adapt with the transition. We thank you for your support and ask you to please reach-out if there is anything we can do to support you, your business, and/or our insureds. We will provide further updates as warranted.
