How do I BOR an account?

In order to BOR an account with ISC you must 1st be appointed with ISC. If you are not appointed, please visit our link or contact our Marketing department via email at marketing@ISCMGA.com.
Once appointed, please complete a AOR Accord 36 form. The form MUST contain the current active policy number and policy effective dates of the active policy you are requesting to BOR and access. (ISC will not provide this information, you must have the insured provide their policy details).
The AOR Must be signed by the insured and be currently dated within 15 days of the requested date.
Please be aware that if the BOR is electronically signed we will require a verifiable audit trail to accompany the E-signed AOR form.
Email completed and signed AOR request form to endorsements@iscmga.com.

How do I transfer a book of business?

You must be appointed with ISC to complete a book transfer. If you are not appointed, please go to our agency appointment page by clicking on this link and completing the questionnaire. Once appointed, request the book transfer by sending an email to marketing@ISCMGA.com. The email should include the bill of sale reflecting who the buyer and seller are of the book. In addition, please provide an answer to “who is financially responsible for all debt, including past and future commission, outstanding premiums, and payments”?
