ISC SURVEY CONTEST

These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry and claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.

Eligibility

This prize promotion (the “Promotion”) is open to all agents who receive an invitation to participate in the ISC Survey. Contest void where prohibited.

How to Enter

Agents must complete and submit their survey responses by October 15th 2023 in order to be entered into the prize drawing.

Alternatively, an agent may request an entry into the prize drawing by sending an email with their agency name and number to marketing@iscmga.com.

Prize

All survey participants will be entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card.

Winner selection and notification

Prize drawing will be held after the entry period has closed and the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified via email to the agency email on file and provided with instructions to claim their prize. The Promoter will not be responsible if the winner fails to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

Additional Terms

If the prize cannot be awarded for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.  The Promoter has no responsibility in the event a winner is not able to take their prize and unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

By entering the Promotion, participants agree that their information may be processed and used by the Promoter for the purpose of the Promotion or any associated publicity. The Promoter may share participants’ data with third parties for Promotion administration and prize fulfilment purposes. Name of winner will be provided upon email request to: marketing@iscmga.com

Winner’s information may be used in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prize won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter may announce the name and workplace of the winner, including through social media channels such as X and Instagram.

 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss or damage occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.   Winners acknowledge the Promoter and its agents have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any prize.

Promoter’s decision and these rules are final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. By entering this Promotion, the entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion.

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control.

The Promoter and its agents take no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

If any clause or provision of these Terms and Conditions is declared by a court to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, this declaration shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other clause or provision within.

These rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of laws principles and venue and jurisdiction shall be in the courts for and located in San Diego County, California.

Any tax liability arising from receipt of the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
