Terms & Conditions:

 

Eligible Participants: Contest is open to all agents in the sales territory. All agents are considered participants in the contest unless they specifically opt out of participation.

Ineligible Policies: Endorsements and policies rewritten due to a cancellation do not count towards the bind total for purposes of this contest.

Contest Period: Only binds completed between 9/18/2023-10/18/2023 will count towards the participant’s total.

Contest Administration: Contest is sponsored and administered by Integrated Specialty Coverages (ISC). Total binds will be calculated by ISC using internal data. All decisions regarding total binds are final. ISC reserves the right to cancel, amend, or temporarily suspend this contest in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside of its control.

Notifications: Winners will be notified by email by 10/31/2023, and prizes will be distributed thereafter. Winners are responsible for providing accurate contact information in order to claim their prize. Administrator has no responsibility in the event a winner is unable to accept their prize, and unclaimed prizes will not be otherwise awarded. Any tax liability arising from receipt of a prize is the sole responsibility of winner.

Participants agree that their information may be used by ISC for the purpose of the contest or any associated publicity without additional remuneration, including through social media channels. ISC may share participants’ information with third parties for prize fulfillment purposes.

Opt Out: To opt out of the contest, please send an email to legal@ISCMGA.com and state “Sales Contest Opt-Out” in the subject line.
